Create and maintain GIS databases for flight planning of NASA airborne LiDAR missions.
Perform data analysis, DEM creations, interpolations, projections, conversions, and statistical analysis of aircraft LiDAR and ancillary datasets using Python, IDL, or UNIX shell scripts.
Create and maintain the Land, Vegetation, and Ice Sensor (LVIS) webpage. (http://lvis.gsfc.nasa.gov)
Integrate weather models into GIS for flight planning, and weather-related decisions during field missions.
Create 3-d models, virtual fly-throughs, and xover analysis using LiDAR data and visible imagery.
