Project:
Multinational Geospatial Co-Production Program (MGCP) of NATO. The Multinational
Geospatial Co-production Program (MGCP) is a coalition of approximately 28 countries
dedicated to producing high-resolution vector data over high interest areas of the world.
Functions performed:
- Creation and coordination of the working group.
- Fulfilment of pilot cell. Full development of the workflow and methodology.
- Responsible for software and hardware selection.
- Production of orthoimages and management of deliveries.
- Quality control and responsible for writing reports for every delivery.
- Meetings with partners, clients and staff of Defence Department in charge of the project.
- Monitoring of production and final execution of project.
Project:
AENA 2008. Cartography of several national airports. Generation of cartography 1:1.000,
transformation into DIACAE (AENA’s specific data format), orthoimages, DEM and LIDAR.
Functions performed:
- Distribution of tasks within the working group.
- Coordination and collaboration with other companies involved in the project.
- Outsourcing production manager - most of the restituition work was carried out by foreign
companies.
- Cartographic transformation and quality control.
- Supervision of deliveries and final execution of project.
